Kungfu Program

Our structured classes are designed to develop mental and physical health. With consistent training, students will experience the positive effects in their work, home and personal lives.

Our belt-based program is comprised of Northern and Southern Shaolin Kungfu. This includes stages of fundamentals, Self Defense applications, application drills, traditional weapons and traditional routines. As students enter the advance levels of the program they will have the opportunity to specialize their training.

All classes are taught by Master Chua.

Self Defense

We teach the art of Self Defense in a safe and friendly environment, with a structured approach for students to understand the principles and concepts within every technique. Our students in the process of learning Self Defense build confidence, discipline and have the skills at hand to protect themselves and their loved ones.
